Anybody know how to remove Antivirus XP 2008 off a computer?

Go to revouninstaller.com

Download the uninstaller and install it on your computer.  when you launch it, it will make an icon for every application on your pc.  just follwo the instructions and it will delete the program and almost all the stuff other uninstallers leave behind.  It's free and works great.

Then uninstall all the other c**p you don't use.  You pc will run better.

Well, a BIG Duuuuh to the person who said go to the control panel and uninstall it. ANtivirus xp 2008 is really bad spyware, and you sure as h*** can't just uninstall it. You should already have had antivirus on your computer, but apparently you don't. So, what you need to rid yourself of this c**p is SuperAntiSpyware. It WILL remove it.

Go to Control panel>programs and features & find the program, then click uninstall...

if its like something you didnt instal manually go to

Computer>Program Files & find the folder named Antivirus XP 2008 and delete the folder.

I have that spyware two weeks ago,

I'm afraid i did not manage to get it off,

I ended up having to re-install and i did try everything i have including trojan remover, Spybot S+D, Norton, NOD32, and regcleaner

and it just keeps returning so i think the only way you will kill the bar steward is to format.

If you do find another way please let everyone know.
