Anybody know much about St Kitts & Nevis?

Question

I will be in St Kitts staying at the Frigate Bay Resort next week. Is it any good? Where are good places to visit and more importantly where is good to eat out/drink?

i have lived in st.kitts for about a year and a half as a medical student so i pretty much know anything u need to know about these 2 islands.... basically it is a very quiet underdeveloped island compared to other "touristy" carib islands.  So to answer ur question couple of places to eat/drink it just depends on what ur lookin for. lots of local places that serve kittitian food like stews, ribs, bbq chicken.  also there is a marriott in frigate bay which u will be very close to so they have 3 restaurants that are good.  also there is an awesome italian place called ciao also in frigate bay.  for the most part anyone u ask will direct u.  if u can take a ferry and spend the day in nevis and check out sunshines its a favorite spot for everyone.  i hope u have a good time and dont worry everyone is very helpful.  u should have a very relaxing easy going time.  hope i helped.... btw if u like reggae and are in to the carib style partying u should go down to the firgate bay beach on friday nights... also there is a good lobster place there called shiggidy shack that everyone seems to like very much.  just be advised that things can be kinda expensive especailly in the "tourist" type restaurants like Marshalls, Serendipity, Formosa Garden and the restaurants in the marriott can be a little pricey I feel that the bestquality for ur money and if u like italian DEF go to Ciao everything there is great. ok enjoy!
