  1. the first two I don't know.  But empress could be "Regina", Meadow could be "Leigh", and sea could be "Mona"

  2. 1. Well, some English-speaking people name their daughters "Colleen", which is just Irish for "maiden" or "girl". Which is a stupid thing to call a girl (how would you like to be named "girl"?) but there's no accounting for taste.

    2. I've never heard of a name that *meant*  "warrior maiden". There are suitable names *for* a warrior maiden, e.g. Victoria, Boudicca or Nike (all meaning "victory"), or Brunhilde, Britomartis, Bradamante, Camilla or Eowyn, which are names of famous warrior maidens in literature.

    3. Don't know any. Certainly not "Regina", which means "queen", not "empress".

    4. "Lee" is the only one I can think of.

    5. Marina ("of the sea") or Maris "from the sea")
