Anybody know of a UK website that deals in people who would consider part exchanging their house?

As far as I know, you have to go on individual council's, why not start a web site yourself!

I'm in the same situation. My estate agent has advertised my property as 'part exchange considered' I want to downsize as I can't afford the overheads on this property. I've had a couple of people asking for details.

It would be good - problem is that you still have to pay the full whack of stamp duty then if you sell the property you've part exchanged then you've got to pay again if you buy somewhere else. House swap would be good as well.

I've asked this question myself as I want to move and can't sell, the only option I've found is to buy from a builder but then you usually have to buy a much dearer property.
