Anybody know of a good driving school in the Oakland, CA area?

Anybody know of a good driving school in the Oakland, CA area? I'm looking for a school that would let my nephew drive around and teach him a defensive dribing. A school that would take him to the DMV and let him use thier car while taking and hopefully passing the test.
