    Don't look for answers in a bottle. Use your own abilities to overcome it.


  2. if you go to wallgreens, or any drug store, thay have vitemins called stress ezz. thay work to prevent anxiety.  also you can make a tea with fresh lavender. i know how you feel it suck and im sorry. put some honny in the tea, cause it taset like c**p

  3. Try Bach Flowers 'Rescue Remedy'

    a natural, herbal mixture of flowers that really works.

    Otherwise, meditation and yoga can be helpful.

  4. -Milk can help slow your heartrate

    -Aromatherapy is really really super for this.

    -Hypnosis can also work.

    -Biofeedback training is effective for some folks.

    Other than the milk, these are all things you practice long term.

    Yeah, money, avoid bad people, and move away...

    Yoga and meditation might help if those other things aren't an option for you.

  6. use lavender.  It has a natural calming effect.  I carry som e around in a little bottle or saok some cotton balls and put them in a zip lock baggie.  it helps your mind and body to relax when you smell it.  it works great for me.

Kava Kava works best for me and my Sister..You CAN NOT take this though if you are taking any medicine prescribed by a Doctor  for anxiety or depression..You can find this at your local GNC store..Another good thing is drinking lots of Green Tea..I buy the Arizona Diet Green Tea by the gallon at Walmart..I'm a new person since using this combination for the last 4 months..
