Anybody know of an excellent TV antenna for those of us not on cable or satellite?

I had to buy a new TV. My old one was analog so I got a digital HD set. I bought a new antenna, one that's amplified and supposed to be for HD but it doesn't pull in all the digital broadcasts. It pulls in all the analog broadcasts but most just barely. I need a good antenna. I can't put one up outside or in the attic. It has to be indoor.

I second the terk, I currently live in an apartment building... notoriously hard for getting signals and I use a terk connected to my computer for digital tv and it works great.
