Anybody know of any "good luck" ways to sell my house?

I was wondering if anybody had any ideas....one thing i heard was to burry a st mary statue in my back yard but im not catholic....just wanting to sell my house bad and willing to try anything :)

Weirdly enough, I've heard of the statue thing, only in the tale I heard it was a garden gnome.

It is St Joseph, not Mary that you bury in your yard, upside down.  Many have said this works.

try hiring a realtor, they do it for you

make them bury their statues, so you don't have to

I hate to say this but there are many people are asking for the same thing.

I would believe finding a good real estate agent and talking to them.I guess there are some tricks,incentives and such.A good agent will be better advising you.

first, I think it's disrespectful / blasphemous to bury a statue of the Blessed Mother - especially just as some kind of superstitious stunt to sell your house.

Why don't you try PRAYING instead ?
