  2. I don't think there is any that doesn't cost, phonezoo has hidden fees because it charges you for internet.   If you have bluetooth get a friend to send you some ringtones.

    i use ventones, the only site i trust

    go to ventones, click on your carrier

    follow directions to set your ringtone

    it works, worth to try 100 % free.
