  4. I presume you are talking about cars, not motorbikes or mopeds etc.

    For a learner driver's permit it's 16 years but there are 3 stages before you can get an unrestricted license.

    Check on the source for more details if you would like. For anyone who didn't know, Albury is in New South Wales.

    Peer-Passenger – If you are under the age of 25 you must not drive with more than one passenger under the age of 21 between the hours of 11pm and 5am.

    Licence suspension for speeding – Your licence will be suspended for at least three months for any speeding offence.
