Anybody know the name of an Eastern European song (romanian/ bulgarian) that goes smth like (plz read below)

kostanza...diskoteka forem...smth poco...its a song that combines a rap interlude as well, with some guy with a very thick voice. It sounds like a gypsy song to me. I heard it in 2004-ish in Europe. Whatever ideas u have will be helpful. Thanx!

if it sounded like a gypsy song to you...be sure it was a gypsy song actually!

in romania we have a really huge amount of so called musicians that cultured people disregard, a type of music that has no artistic valor,and as i said the huge being the number it's never easy to find exactly that song that you are looking for. konstanza(actually constanta) is the name of a city on the sea shore so you've probably heard a local music. little chance to find out who they are. sorry.
