I first saw them in mexico, but i have recently seen them in the united states. It is like a huge (maybe 8 ft tall, 4 feet across) sheet of paper, but it is alll cut up so it looks like a lot of flowers just hanging from the wall. I really would want one of theses for my room, so if you know what there called or even were there sold that would be awesome.
I also saw a quick glimpse of one on the new "Brooke knows best" it was black and in her kitchen, but it was only up for a second, if that helps at all lol
