Anybody know what "Hover Mower" means?

A hover mower is a grass-cutting machine that moves just above the ground.

Simsane is pretty correct...it's basically a lawn mower that "hovers" about the ground like a hovercraft....mostly sold in China, Europe and England. Looks pretty cool to use on small lawns or ones with hilly terrain.
