Anybody know what the party scene is like in australia?

i moving out there in 2 months and am so excited. are they into big house parties/pool parties etc? or on the beach?

That varies from location and personality preferance.

It is illegal to have alcohol on most beaches, so scrap the beach party idea, though they do happen.

House parties are big amongst my group of friends as we're over the whole clubbing scene.

You dont say how old you are, but if you mean parties like what are on American teen movies then no, we dont have parties like that.
