If you live in the UK or Ireland there is Atlantic Homecare who had them a few months back, probably still do.

I don't how big a frame you are looking for; I found some box/deep photo frames in Home Bargains in Bridgend a couple of weeks ago. Home Bargains have a web site www.tjmorris.co.uk. This will give you your nearest store. They specialise in end of line things and are very cheap. It does mean, however, that they do not have things in stock for long - when it's gone, it's gone!
