This is the best I could come up with and I would suggest just keeping up with it periodically just to see if someone puts one in the size you are looking for up for bid.  That, or you can tell the person you are getting them for to lose some weight.  Maybe being able to fit into these sweet boardshorts can be his incentive to start working out.
