  2. Headquarters? This doesn't sound like some legitimate political group.

    They probably got a little whiff of pot, and used that as a means for identifying everyone.

  3. Inciting riots.You can peacefully protest,But you have to Be calm about it.

  4. yes  they had a warrants and arrested 5 people for conspiracy to incite a riot.

    Nothing wrong with protesting , inciting a riot is against the law.
