Anybody knows a good bar to celebrate a bday in NYC?

I'm looking for something fairly cheap and preferably not overcrowded. It would be a Tuesday night so I won't have to worry about the weekend rush. I'm just looking for a place with a good ambiance where one can chill and celebrate with a few friends. Any suggestions?

  2. Go to Ramsays restaurant and have a brill meal.

  3. Harbor Lights is in downtown. Its a little up there in price but you get live entertainment and also get a chance to get a 360 view of NYC. The food is also really good. Well worth of the prices. More for your buck and the view is relaxing.
