  1. Mean pressure at sea level is 1 Atm. That's about 14.7 psi absolute, 0 psi gauge and about 760mm Hg.

    In a vacuum these would be 0 Atm, 0 PSIA and 0 mm Hg. Since a vented pressure gauge measures relative to its ambient pressure, it would also read 0 psi.
