Anybody knows how to work wit Tesco phone?

Question

I have Tesco cordless phone with me....i tried to set up errything but it ain't doing nuttin. It's like im suppose to put one wire into the plug and another to the back of my internet box. I did that bt still tellin me "Provider! registration failed!" ...I ty to set up errything tellin me samethin....Anybody familir with it?. I live in canada. I am thinking that it may not work in here but anybody with help i'd appreciate it alot!

Have you installed the software onto your pc? It should work worldwide as it only needs an internet connection, failing that  try re-booting the pc. It took me 4 attempts to register the service!!!
