Anybody knows where to rent those kinda push carts in shopping centres? And how much would they cost?

If you mean in malls, start with the main "mall management" office.  They should be able to help.

Try [e-mail] its a community project by NTUC Income.  I remember they have details of doing small time business by renting push cart in shopping mall and the details of running it, so try and find out more from them.

If you are looking to rent.... you can ask almost any store owner and they will allow you to borrow one.  They would rather rent one out for free than have you try and steal one.  

I know people who have done this for film making and things.  GOOD LUCK!
