Question:

Anybody no any good crash diets?

i had a baby 5weeks ago ive got 2stone to shift i hate the gym and im c**p at sticking to diets i need a crash diet that will quickly shift the weight anybody got any? xx

  1. There is no such thing as a good crash diet. Just try to eat less and get in some exercise. Try taking your new baby for a walk or something.

    If you do go on a crash diet, all you are going to lose is water and muscle, and as soon as you go off the crash diet you will gain every bit of weight back and then some.

    If you did want to try an eating program, I would recommend weight watchers. I haven't been on it in a while, but when I was it worked well for me. You can pretty much eat any food you want including Mcdonalds and so forth, but you just have to learn to control your portions in order to stay within your points allotted for the day. So, instead of getting a 10pc nugget for 11points, you learn to get a 5pc nugget for 5 points.
