Only thing I can tell you for sure is he won't go to Manchester City? Why would he when he is wanted by a real football club. Some footballers do have sporting ambitions as well as money ambitions. Sportsmen want to win things. He won't be doing that at city regardless of how much money they spend.

That guy who represents the owners said they could sign 3 x £30 million players today, only thing stopping them is the limited time. Talk is cheap.
