Yes, but that's actually trade secret information, since labor is typically the largest chunk of a project cost.  Construction firms will have detailed breakouts and proprietary formulas that will allow the company to bid competitively but still be able to meet the scheduleand make a profit.

A generic estimation of man-hours can be found typically in any project management site.
