Anybody out there that lives in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Michigan?

Hi fellow Upper Midwesterners,

I live in Minneapolis. Anyway, the reason I asked this question is because I'm wondering what you think of this crappy weather we've been having lately-record snowfalls for April, sleet, freezing rain, ice, and cold wind? I think it sucks! Our winters are too long as it is, and then we suffer from winter-like weather in April! Anyway, what's the weather like where you live now? It's lightly snowing here in Minneapolis; last night we had two inches of nasty sleet and even thunder and lightning!

i'mfrom ND and we got some snow too but it didn't stay it was gone by night fall and yes we have long cold winters and i think they suck

I'm in Western North Dakota, our weather patterns pretty much follow Montana's for the most part unless we get that cool wind that swoops down from the Canadian Rockies.  

Anyhow, haven't gotten much rain and snow all year.  In fact the whole western side of the state has set up burn bans so we don't light ourselves up.  But then it's been that way for the past 5 to 6 years, we're constantly dealing with drought conditions out here.

I live in Lansing, Michigan, which is in the southern third of the lower penninsula.  Today it was 70 degrees and sunny for most of the day.  Then, severe storms and tornadoes came through.  I was actually out driving home and my car got pelted by hail stones the size of golf balls!  Tonight is very lightly raining and about 40 degrees.  Tomorrow and Sunday it's supposed to be in the upper 30s or lower 40s with snow/rain showers.  This weather sucks!  I'm ready for 75 degrees!!!!

I'm from Michigan and I have never been more anxious for spring/summer in my life. Today was sunny, then stormy, then sunny, then stormy, then gray and a little chilly. I'm tired of it being up and down. I wish Mother Nature would just pick one [and preferably spring!]

ok here is one i am from michigan and  miss it lots. how would you like it so hot and muggy that you can't breathe outside much well its been doign this since feb 08 i hate it down here in texas if i could change for that glorious weather you are complaining about i would be gne today. we're currently going to buy in michigan traverse city side of michigan west side where there is lot sof snow and be happy. i hate this heat 24/7 and its horrible to be hot and have ot have air all the time. up there you dont' and believe me its pain. so you can be upset up there and i can be upset for same set of rules only heated ones take care.
