Anybody plz know an anti-virus which repair/desinfects files but does not delete the attached "exe" files?

I need the infected files but don't know really which anti-virus to use to desinfects<-- (NOT DELETE) I have latest avast but it always says that it cannot repair the files so plz help

avira anti virus free home edition works excellent been using it for yers and itd free

normally depending on the file it may have came up as a false positive,,meaning if you got the program from a bit torrent client it will show as a virus but you really dont have one
