Anybody recommend a fee cv building site?

I have interviewed so many individuals who have used such services and I think they should be banned.  Candidates have no idea as to what is on them and it just waste the employers time and yours

Write your own CV get examples from books and then send them out to agencies and employers - Agencies are good for feedback on what your CV is lacking and were it needs improving... but just remember there is nothing worst than expecting one thing and getting something completely different as you stand no chance of getting the job
