Anybody recommend a good people search website?

I'm actually looking for personal experiences with sites like this...not "you could try this" or "check out that" Has anybody ever done one and were they happy with the results they found out?

I have had good success with both WhitePages.com (if you are not willing to pay) and PeopleSearch.com (if you are willing to pay for some results).
