Anybody remember the name of a 1980/90s Cartoon with 3 Men with Special Suits

Hi,

This has been bugging me all night. Does anybody remember a cartoon which had three men who wore red/green/blue suits to which different tools were connected? I think each colour had a special domain like land sea and air, but I'm not sure.

I watched it in the early 90s but it may be an 80s cartoon!
