Anybody tried St Johns Wort?

or does anyone know someone who has tried it? how has it helped or not helped?

  1. I take L-Tryptophan at night for restful sleep and it has made my depression a lot better . St John's worked ok but This works better for me. Google L-Tryptophan read about it.


  2. i took it, but it was in a liquid form.

    the way to take it was drips (2-3 if i recall, it was years ago) into a drink of juice or something.

    i cant say for certain it helped, but it didnt have any bad side effects.

  3. I've tried it and it helped, you're supposed to take 2 pills 3 times a day and to me that's too much.  So I only took 2 pills once or the max twice a day, I didn't want to get hooked to it.

  4. St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is good drug for mild depression problems. Nevertheless, be cautious if you are hyperactive or if your eye constitution is {silk}. "Silk" constitution - is the strongest of all the constitutions. Moreover the person with "silk" eye has a strong genetic structure and is less prone to disease.

    The use of St. John's will have a "speed" effect.
