Anybody use passiflora incarnata (passion flower, maypop) tea.?

Has any body tried passiflora incarnata tea or smoking it? I see alot about it online but some sites say all passiflora contain cyanide. It grows behind my house so I was thinking about trying some for its calming affects. Any one tried this?

Safer to stick to the store preparations. Plants contain natural alkaloids and, for medicinal ingestion, require stringent preparation. Herbally, a cup of chamomilla tea would do as much. Likewise, a glass of warm milk (tryptophan).
