Anybody used one of the companies like national homebuyers or similar?

has anybody had any experiance of selling there house through one of the companies that buy your house quickly?i am in need of some imfo about a good trustworthy company that buys property in scotland.any imfo is appreciated,only serious answers please.

  1. they offer FAR less than what the house is worth - they are for people who inherited unwanted property or who are sick of being landlords and want out quick


  2. THey are legit.  They will pay you 60 percent of the value of your house.  Not an appraised value that you choose. They pay cash.  Why would anyone lose 40%?   /
