Anybody wear pantyhose when the weather is hot?

I've seen some girls/ladies wearing pantyhose with their knee-length/above knee-length/mini skirt though the weather is hot (above 25 degree Celsius). How do you handle it?

 i think its the sexiest thing in the world when a lady wears pantyhose, stockings, or thigh hi's.   when i see a lady wearing nude pantyhose and she flips her shoe off or takes her s**y stocking foot out of her hot shoe it drives me crazy. i dont know why, but there is nothing hotter.
