Anybody who knows the correct format to write a letter to consulate stating secure job in his country?

Correct format of letter to write to consulate

stating he has secure job after he return from his trip

Simply use a professional format, addressing the letter in care of the Non-immigrant Visa Section - there is no required wording.  Simply state who you are, what you do in terms of a job, where you wish to visit, and any compelling reasons that you would be inclined to return to your job.  Bear in mind that including the letter with your visa packet will not hurt, but neither will it necessarily be of any use.

a format letter is not the most important, although, your job and co. where you have a job is what counts the most,

get a letter head from your co. and get them to write the letter for you . my PC connection is not stable right this minute, therefore i cannot stay long ,



do remember that the most important thing is the letter head with the co.'s name and your job situation and description .(date, and next starting day,leave dates ) etc.
