  2. I am a Venezuelan Winger who plays in America. Compared to overseas the level of competition is ok. Rugby is still al new sport hear and you dont hear much about it on tv or anything. Pretty much every member of USA Rugby kinda keeps to themsleves..The highest level of Club rugby you can play hear is called Super League..there are thousands of d1 d2 d3 clubs out there though....rugby is especially big on the west coast in california but its growing everywhere. I  played on a nationaly ranked club team and now i play for a Club in Michigan. you have to remerbthat american footabll is the biggest sport hear..and the best athletes can be found playing american football...even though i think thats dumba db rugby is 100000 times better but thats s whole diffrent subject.

    cheers

  3. Hey man, I play for Penn State University, which is a pretty good college team here in the US.  At the university level, rugby is very competitive on a couple of different levels, and very strong out west.  After college, there are plenty of club teams across the country that travel and compete.  The Rugby Super League is very good.  Just find a team locally, they're always open to new players, specially coming from a great rugby country such as SA.  Good luck!
