Anybody work for the phone company?

Question

Whenever I use the phone, it starts redialing the last person I called or the last person who called me. Nobody can figure out why.

I have changed phone companies, used five different phones. Had a clean install done on the computer....all sorts of things.

If it is an older house, you could run a new line to each of the phone outlets, just in case you have a short someplace.
