I love the cheese they use for the nachos...do you happen to know what they use to make it?

  4. I worked at TC's a long long long time ago.  I used to eat the queso with tortillas all the time!!!!  But I dont know how they made it.

  5. I miss Taco Cabana. Used to live in Texas, now Ohio. No Taco Cabanas here.  It is probably a chedder/monteray jack combo cheese.
