Anylink n99i dual gsm cell phone - MMS pictures...

Question

I have a n99i Anylink cell phone I bought off ebay and it will not load MMS or send them and they are just picture taken with a cell phone sent to me or that I try to send to someone else. Ive looked in the settings and nothing seems to work. I dropped the phone and my internal screen is cracked - do you know of how i could have this repaired - the phone still works - i didnt see a number to call or warranty to find out how this could be done. But please help with the multimedia question - i saw someone else asked the same thing.
