This is a very solid team for a 12 team legue. 9 out of 10

My only suggestion is to offer some package trades for upgrades.

Also take advantage of opponents who are obvious fans of a particular team...Such as offering a Steeler fan Holmes+Mendenhall for their RB1,or WR1.If you can upgrade your starting squad by weakening your bench,I wouldn't hesitate a bit.Because your bench contributes very little over the course of a season.You might also try sumthen' like

S.Young+J.Walker for Jamal Lewis,or Earnest Grahm.
