Anyone Know Anything About Loestrin-24-Fe?

Question

i'm going from Portia .15mg bc pills to Loestrin24Fe 1mg/20mcg. With the portia pills i was told i may gain weight, but i lost weight instead, it fixed all the pms symptoms except the acne. So my gynecologist put me on the 1mg loestrin24fe. he said i shouldnt gain weight, but if it did to call and have them change it. i'm scared to begin it b/c of all the stuff i've read online from people......anyone know anything about this?
