  1. You ever heard of George Washington!

  2. Try to look at sites like:

    http://mycoinstore.info/buy/US+Coins

you can find pictures of the coins and get a good relative price on them!

  3. Here we go again, you do not have a real 1822 half eagle (5 dollar) gold coin for there are only 3 of them in existence and all are accounted for. As for the eagle ($10 gold piece) it is a white woman in an Indian headdress and I would need to know the date but if it is 1920-S, 1930-S or 1933 it too is a fake. Good try!

  4. Without seeing photos, it's hard to tell if these might be real or replicas, but these sound from your descriptions like old US gold coins.

A place to begin your research:

    http://coins.about.com/od/uscoins/ig/U-S...

Here's the category on eBay in which you can search for coins highly similar to yours, to see what they're selling for in real-world, person-to-person auctions on that site:

    http://coins.search.ebay.com/gold_Gold_W...

Finally, you can find the gold values of these coins - not reflecting any additional value they may have to coin collectors - on this site:
