Those sort of look like Ugg style boots with glittery stones on them. Paris probably had the skulls put on. You could get glittery stones to put on a pair of cheap Ugg-like boots and put it on yourself. I read in a magazine that she gets her stuff made for her with glittery stuff on it all the time.
