Anyone Work at Ruby Tuesday's??

Question

I'm thinking about taking a job there as a QSS, where I would run food to customers and do a little bus work/miscellaneous work.

I was just curious if the QSS's got paid 2.13 plus the 3.5 percent for tips or whether or not they got paid the regular minimum wage (like $5.85) plus their usual 3.5 percent for tips? Anyone work there and know the answer?

Your best bet would be talking to the manager there directly.  They could help you out much better.

I worked at Ruby Tuesday for nearly three years, the last year as a shiftleader.  I'm not sure what a QSS is (we never used that title) but it sounds like your job prospect may be that of an 'expo'.  If so, you will probably start anywhere from minimum wage to $8.00/hr.  You would be pulling food from the window, helping servers run it to tables and do things like fill ketchups for the line, help with the cleaning of the kitchen, maybe help the servers roll silverware if they need it, etc.  But an expo is not tipped out.
