Anyone been in Europe or the Netherlands know good places to eat?

Going to Europe Saturday, specifically the Netherlands. Anyone know any good restaurants there, or some foreign cuisine I should try? It doesn't matter whether the foods in the Netherlands or across Europe. But I'm planning to visit France, Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and perhaps more..

If you are in France, there was a really good seafood place in Port Grimo where they did fantastic muscles.  But I cannot remember what it was called.  In Norway you should have pickled herring.
