  1. im so glad i have never been on a diet.

    and a negative calorie diet means you are burning so many calories that your daily calorie intake - calories burned is below 0!

    a negative calorie diet goes like this:

    normally, per day, you burn 2,000 calories without exercise.

    with exercise, you can burn another 1,000 calories off.

    a Negative Calorie diet would mean that you eat less calories than you burn off during exercise.  so if you ate 600 calories one day and then went on a run that burned 800 calories, you would be going on a -200 calorie diet.

    this is possible, but you would have to eat the lowest calorie food available so that you wouldn't hurt yourself.

    if you really want to go on it, if you really need to melt off some pounds, then.......

    yes its an excellent way to lose weight and very quickly!!!!!!!!!!


  2. It's one of those diets that promises you to lose 2 pounds a day!

    At this rate, you are surely to gain it back and then some. So you'll need another diet, then another one, to no end.

    Repeat customers is what the diet industry wants.

    Each time around, you'll get bigger and bigger until you get depressed and then the medical industry will kick in!

    You would better off losing one pound a week by yourself, eating healthier and exercising.

Good Luck....By the way, its a healthy way of eating. I think people hear the word "negative calorie" and automaticaly think that its bad for you, but its not. You ONLY eat nutritional foods that are very good for you. (ie, fruit, veggies, fish)

  5. nope, it's like all diets.

    just eat like a vegetarian during the week.

    not only will you lose the tons but feel a whole lot better.

    and you'll be able to absorb the junk you ingest on the weekends much more efficently.

  6. i don't know about that diet but i've been doing a free diet at www.sparkpeople.com i've already lost about 8 pounds and i fit into all my clothes lost tons of inches i've only been on it for 1 1/2 weeks. check it out it's free

  7. i believe this is a reference to "takin' to the butcher's block", as they say in the biz.
