  2. Hi, a Nile cruise is one of the most amazing holidays you can have, one you will never forget.

The Oberoi Zahra is one of the best boats - 5* luxury, and certainly worth the extra money you pay. The cabins and shower rooms are spacious, attractive and clean with large picturesque windows, and you really could not ask for better staff - they are kind, helpful and fun. With a spa and a swimming pool on top deck - well it just doesn't come any better! The standards on this boat are equivalent to their hotels, again 5*.

The ambience of the Nile and surrounding areas is awesome.

What could be better than cruising the Nile in the daytime, drinking your favourite drink and relaxing on top deck enjoying the sun, or even a dip in the swimming pool. Spot on!!

Then in the evening when you are moored, you can be on top deck having a bbq party, or just relaxing watching the amazing sunsets behing palm trees.

Included in your cruise will be excursions which you should not miss. You will see the most wonderful tombs and temples, they will take you to the Valley of Kings, where you are able to enter three tombs (your ticket is for three - you choose which three on the day). Once you have been into the V of K you will never forget it. Really, it is awesome.

One of the most beautiful trips is to a nubian village from Aswan (again included from your boat - dont miss it!). You will go through the first cataract - a lovely part of the Nile, clear waters running around rocky islands - so picturesque.

Also there will be local people and children riding in small boats, the children hang on the side of your felluca and sing, its really lovely.

You will also get a trip to the Temple of Isis, which is on an island called Ajilika. The whole complex was moved there, stone by stone, by UNESCO to save it after it was partially submerged by waters after the Great Dam was built. This is a gorgeous trip, you will love it for sure.

On board your cruiser, you will have an Egyptian them night, when everyone dresses up in costumes which you can get from the boat, or local markets. It is a great fun night. Entertainnment is also provided, in the form of belly dancer etc....usually very good.

Most of the cruise boats used are really nice, some a little dated, some amazing. All provide excellent food, although I will advise you dont eat the salads - anywhere in Egypt. Cos even if they have been washed - they are not washed with bottled water.

You should only drink bottled water, and use it for cleaning your teeth also.

Any drinks you have on board will be added to your tab, you are not allowed to pay as you drink. You will be presented with your bill at the end of the cruise - check it carefully!!

    Enjoy a wonderful cruise.

    :)

  3. It is a five stars floating hotel.Cabins are very nice and clean. Food is to every body's taste, in large quantities using the best ingredients. The waiters are super from the best schools. It has swimming pools, large halls for dancing and competitions. Live music with good bands. The Oberoi is a very good chain of hotels that settles for nothing less than perfection.
