Anyone been scammed by astar holidays florida ,or have you been and it was okay?

we live in australia had a call from astar travel in florida(Tampa) with a holiday package. cruise free,accomadation free,car hire free

have to pay airfares port taxes and go to a 90 minute seminar on time share .

has anyone done this or is it a scam

I have not heard of this one, but living in Florida, I have all kinds of opportunities for timeshares.  I have never received what they offered.  Most of my friends who have tried have also found out that for some obscure reason they did not qualify either.  I always get very leery of anyone offering anything free, especially cruises.  I do not know anyone who has actually gotten a FREE cruise.


  2. alot of times their defination of free is you have to pay all taxes and most likely the cruise is not a wellnamed one like carnival or princess.. dont do it
