Anyone been to El Dorado Ranch, Baja Mexico?

We are planning to buy on of those ocean and mountain view lots at El Dorado Ranch in San Felipe. Has anyone already been there and/or bought a lot? Any tips/comments on what we need to know?

its beautiful there. sunrise and sunset! have not built yet. there last week. lots of homes being built. electricity to subdivision went in, as planned by el dorado. be patient when it comes to mexico's end of the paperwork! the government takes a long time.
