Anyone been to The Westin Resort, Cancun? Do they include kitchens in all rooms? How's the pool? Safe area?

We're looking for a good travel destination for families; going with my parent in laws who are very frugal and sister's family who don't mind paying more and getting more for their money. But they want a nice pool for their boys and a kitchen to prepare meals as the kids are highly allergenic. We've been to Hawaii a lot so we're open to other warm destinations. Suggestions?

The best way to check on the Westin Cancun, or any other resort, is to check www.tripadvisor.com.  That way you can get information on the resort from the perspective of multiple people.  If you are looking for a place with a kitchen maybe you should consider renting a condo?  There is a great website -  www.vrbo.com - where people who own vacation homes/condos rent them out.  That might make more sense than staying at a hotel, most of which do not have kitchens.  For those who are frugal it could also be more economical.  You might be able to find a place that can house all of you (if you want) for cheaper than 3 hotel rooms.  Good luck with your travel planning.
