There is no actual town or area called "Playa Paraiso."  If you mean the area south of Cancun that houses many All-Inclusive resorts, it's a gorgeous beach, but there isn't much to do outside of the resorts, short of going north several miles to Cancun, or south to Playa del Carmen.  You may want to check out the sites below for more info.

There is a Playa Paraíso in the state of Guerrero, the town is called Hacienda de Cabañas. It's a beautiful virgin beach with just a few "enramadas" where you can eat and they let you put your tent if you're camping. To do well... You can relax, eat, drink, take long walks and basically enjoy the peace of a hidden paradise.
